Nice - keep up the hard work!

Don't let a bad day or two discourage you.

About 290 This was at 220, sitting lower now, but don't have a recent pic

Just keep in mind that it takes 3500 calories to chainge a pound of weight. If your tracking your calories against what you need to do to maintain your weight than you can quickly tell if a massive drop or gain is because of water weight. It happens to pretty much everyone.

For what its worth.... Its a day you'll always remember. Few days ever earn that status.

I must be tired. Without a comma in there I read as '162 years ago' and thought, holy crap! Thats pretty good for an old fart
-
I'm hooked on it. Have been for a couple decades. Hasn't made one bit of difference in either gaining or losing weight in my case.
-
Good job!
-
I agree, but I also want to see a picture of that 8000 calorie burger....

You're going to need a bigger boat

Great job!

Down to 54 Yay

A (hand to hand) self defense class is a worthwhile endevor. The best defense is to avoid the fight. No matter how well trained you are, you never know what the other guy is bringing to the table. For myself, I have taken (and retaken) self defense classes so if someone puts their hands on me I have a resonable ability to…

Why? Because it tastes good! Hunt it, kill it. Raise it, kill it. In either case, get that carcass cleaned, carved and on the grill!

Call guiness - I think you're doing something that nobody has ever done. If you're losing inches and gaining muscle mass in your legs - why care if the scale doesn't move? The scale is a a piss poor way to judge your health or your progress (its just a tool to give you one small piece of information).

Great job!

Potato chips. Potato chips in dip. Potato chips dipped in potato chips.
-
Results already - isn't that fantastic

Good luck this time around. Do your best not to get discouraged. Most of us have had multiple false starts but commitment over time can make it work.

My wife has seen me along and I'm the only other person I'm doing this for. So, nobody is my answer.
-
Of course, anecdotal evidence supports both sides.
-
Run for the hills! The world is coming to an end! Sorry, got carried away. Of course one pound is nothing to get excited about. Don't judge your progress soley on the scale. It'll both excite and dissapoint you.

Call the FBI - I have lots of things they're going to want to know.
-
 thanks for the laugh!

Nope. My overeating and sitting my *kitten* on the couch is what made me fat. Since nobody held me down and shoved food into my mouth, I won't watch anything that points blame at anyone else.

Fantastic job to date - keep it up

Fantastic job!

You can almost see the front of the covered Delorean in the far garage. I need more room, can't park my truck inside anymore.

Great work!
