I have used P90X, Insanity, Insanity Asylum, and Body Beast. They are good. All Beachbody products. I believe some people like Jillian's DVD's as well. I can only testify for Beachbody. They are good.

I don't know if we "love" a woman with confidence or we just don't want to hear her crap and complaints. There is nothing extraordinary about self confidence. Everyone should have it and when they don't, many whine about crap I personally don't want to hear.

Depends on what formula you use. I use one that includes exercise so I don't have to worry about logging exercise. I eat around 2000 calories TOTAL when cutting. Creatine can give you a pound or two but that's it.

It's too early to see anything drastic. I just finished Insanity Asylum. I've done P90X, Insanity and Body Beast. If you are not losing weight yet, check your eating and make sure you keep track of your measurements. Good luck.

I saw the pictures. To be honest, your body is not far from what you call a VS model body. I mean really. You just need to lose some body fat and then you need to strengthen your muscles. Unless I am crazy or confused, 1/2 cup is a measure of volume, not weight.

I think you are mixing fluid ounces with dry ounces. Use a cup measure and you will be find. 1/2 cup is a measure of volume while 8 oz is a measure of weight.

Not accurate at all! According to my scale, I'm at like 24% or something. LOL. Get a cheap pair of calipers. The number is irrelevant but it's the trend that you want to keep an eye on!!!

If you are going by MFP calculations(I don't use that), you need to eat your exercise calories back. Otherwise, you are causing your body metabolic damage. In fact, if you have been doing that for long, your metabolism may be damaged to the point where it will take a lot of food and patient to get it back to normal.

Not to mention that a lot of the people that lose weight doing cardio go from having extra pounds to skinny fat.

Kinda easy.. You need some commitment! Lose weight by eating less and add some cardio if you like. That's it. Lifting heavy and all that does little to help you show your abs. 6 pack abs are all about your eating.y

Work on motorcycles. I take my bike to the track and I help people change tires, maintenance, etc. free of charge. I just enjoy bike engines.

Also, lower body fat is the last to go. So be patient. If you are happy with your current looks minus belly fat, stay at maintenance and the fat will melt. Be patient.

There are factors that can prevent you from losing fat, but for the the average, I think it's crap! You just need to dial in your calories to either lose weight so you can lower your BF% OR dial in your maintenance calories and you will lose body fat but it will take a little longer.

Aside from the obvious, I feel like a lot of these success stories are people who were over weight or had a few pounds over and lost a lot over a period of time. So they go from over weight to skinny fat. Not fat but soft. Instead of fighting to stay at a weight, now that you lost fat, add muscle.
