thank you sooo much for posting this!! I go during lunch and mainly b/c i just say " I know i'm not going to get out of the bed any earlier..." but you're right i feel no better with the extra sleep or any more rested. sleeping in workout clothes is perfect!

if you go to the deli counter they have a sara leigh low sodium turkey that's pretty good, i can't tell the difference and I just get it shaved so then it's not as much meat as having thick slices

I programmed my own exercise and it's labeled "daily exercise" and thats for my pumping sessions. I have found multiple places online that say 1 ounce of breastmilk is approximately 20 calories burned. So for my "daily exercise" i put 1 minute = 20 calories burned so if i pump 10 OZ I go and click on "daily exercise" and…

You can use this site http://www.zumbacalories.com to figure out an estimate of how many calories you are burning...hope this helps

i see you haven't logged in water...are you drinking a lot of water? if you drink nothing but water it will push some of that fluid out.

Have a nice simple wedding and don't go all out because you will stress yourself out and no one will remember half of what you thought was so great....and the money that you save have a great honeymoon with the new hubby and enjoy your money for yourselves and not for everyone else to have a good time...
