I went under Technical support and found a post were someone mentioned how to change this. So I went to do it and when I brought it up it had the correct amount... Weird. I did leave both bananas on my diary for proof. Is there something I'm missing or did someone go in and change it?

Wow.. your right. I just checked the 2 separate entries. The one with the asterick is the one thats double the calories, it also has 3 confirmations. I had decided to skip the crackers. LOL I tried a really yummy dip at work and was going to buy it. 60 cal for 2 TBSP but the crackers I looked at were not so healthy looking. I love the idea of making my own. These sounds good, both recipes. Thank You!

I can go to the gym I just prefer to do something that doesn't feel as much like I'm working out. I know it sounds weird but I want to enjoy it. I can run, I just need to be careful about the impact. I just upped my calories from 1200 to 1460 ( i think ) tonight. I decided a slower weight lose would be better for me. And it should help me from messing up on a day to day basis. I will send you a friend request and we can lose together.

I love beer, but I like light beer. So it is alittle bit easier. I refuse to give up alcohol, this is my life and I want to live it. I'm glad there are people out there that have similiar obstacles. Wow thats amazing... But if thats your arm you have alot more muscle then me. LOL I know I couldn't go anywhere near that amount. But It does show how weight and height shouldn't be all we use to decide.

Thank you for your input. I changed it to losing 1 lb a week, which I noticed this site recommends. Must have missed that at first in my hurry to lose weight lol. I took phentermine a couple of years ago. I lost weight and had alot of energy and I lost weight. However, I did not change what I ate I just ate less. I agree with this! Unless someone asks your advice. There are a variety of ways that work for weight loss. What works for 1 person might not work for someone else. Just do what works for you to the best of your ability and let others do what works for them. If they ask your opinion that is different.

I will not give up my beer. Luckily for me I like budweiser and stuff, and not the dark beers. My favorite beer is Michelob Ultra, I like the taste and 1 bottle is only 95 calories. I am also 43, and my weight gain came when I quit smoking. Since then I have been down and then back up. Its frustrating. I have been trying to do this more sensibly this time. Trying to change the way I think and eat forever and not just to loose weight. We just have to remember we can do this.

Michelob Ultra is 95 calories (my favorite beer), Budweiser has a beer that is 55 calories (the name has 55 in it, but don't remember it exactly). I agree that you only turn 21 once. I agree, I haven't given up drinking. I have beer or wine most nights and I'm losing. I have tried to cut back on mixed fruity drinks when out. They are to hard for me to know how many calories and stuff. As long as you are in your calorie range you should be ok, but everyone is different

1200 is not as bad as some people think. I have been doing it for a bit, obviously some days I go over and others I'm alittle bit under. I have found that it helps me alot if I plan my days ahead. Then I have an idea of what I can eat. The hardest part for me seems to be when I'm traveling. Good Luck.

I have a friend with this as well. She tries to go for a slow walk everyday. Somedays she has a hard time getting going, but she just takes a shorter walk those days. She says she almost always feels better afterwards. I hope you find something that works, the pool idea sounds good. Good Luck and stick with it.
