  • I use Herbalife protein shakes. they come in great flavors, taste great. My favorites are vanilla and chocolate because you can "doctor" them up if you want to change things up a bit. 2 scoops of vanilla shake mix : 90 calories, 1g fat, 13g carb, 3g fiber, 9g sugar, 9g protein. that's just in the mix, add skim milk to it,…
  • sometimes it's just a habit more than feeling hungry. Try adding some fiber to your water, that should help.
  • It's ok, to have a piece of high fiber low clorie toast and a yogurt with that egg as well. You can't starve yourself, your metabolism will shut down, and your weight will go nowhere fast! You have to eat to lose weight. You just have to eat the right type of foods :)
  • try adding more protein and fiber to your eating plan. That should help with feeling hungry. HTH :smile:
