Question for the ladies!

Ladies - you know that sometime when it is that time of the month you can eat yourself out of a home, how do you prevent that when trying to lose weight? Yesterday I ate so much food! I went to the gym so I came in 400 calories under my goal but just eating so much food makes me feel yicky today. But it was so hard to just stop eating yesterday! I snacked on beef jerky which has become my staple snack and sunflower seeds. Along w/ feeling bloaty and gross today I am so guilty for feeling like I ate so much. Nothing that I ate was really bad but I have become *slightly* obsessed with losing weight and weighing myself. I guess I'm just putting a lot of pressure on myself to do this right and for once in my life feel skinny. Does anyone else battle this monster once a month?

Occasionally but if you stick to your meal plan (1 small meal with a big glass of water every 3-4 hours), you'll find you won't be hungry. Half the time, when we feel hungry, we're actually dehydrated. And keep busy, it'll distract your mind!0

Yesterday that shouldn't have been a problem. I went to work, then school and then the gym! You would think that would be busy enough! I don't think that I had enough water which I try to drink a lot of every day but sometimes I forget to grab an extra bottle. Thanks for the reply0

Im in that time of the month right now too. I began this morning with one 16.9oz water bottle followed by a good breakfast and milk right now Im drinking my second water bottle. I think spreading your snacks throughout the day and drinking extra water has been helping me this month!0

sometimes it's just a habit more than feeling hungry. Try adding some fiber to your water, that should help.0

You're right, I think water is the key. Congrats on the 31lb weight loss!0

Skip the beef jerky. Too much sodium.0
