  • Awesome progress!!!! Congrats!!!!!
  • I feel like that too, like is everyone staring at my sweat drenched shirt and sweats? But I look around and often see others sweating just a much too and that makes me feel better about it. I've never liked to sweat, it just feels so un-lady-like, lol! But I do also agree that sweating more while working out means you're…
  • I'll send you a request, welcome and good first step in signing up :-)
  • I'm not a guy but I just had to reply. Do for yourself what makes you happy, feel comfortable and healthy. Become happy with who you are, size, shape and content and the right guy will just naturally gravitate to you, it's not an easy thing, it's a growing and learning experience but once you get there as with most…
  • The 99cent only store carries produce now and eating a ton of veggies is pretty healthy, plus most such as onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, zuccini, carrots can be chopped and frozen for later use in cooking. I do this all the time, I buy what's on sale that is freezable, chop it up throw it in freezer bags and stuff em in…
  • I recently went in for a consultation for the same thing. The doctor told me that I "should" lose more weight 1st because weight loss can significantly impact the size of your breasts. Like say I had the reduction now to go down to a large C, small D cup (US SIZES I am now a 34F and they ARE quite heavy) Well if I lost…
  • For me it's the opposite, I can go much further on a treadmill than I can outdoors, that's because I suffer migraines and being out, exerting under the hot and bright sun is a trigger for me. What I do is focus on 2-5 minute increments while on the treadmill, so I'll hold a certain speed and/or incline for those few…
  • I'm also 5'5" and my goal weight is around 135, that's the lowest I want to go. I've been 120-125 before and I looked awful because I'm naturally curvy and at that low my face looked sunk in and just yucky...that's about the ONLY thing I don't like about losing weight is my face changes, I like having a fuller face...but…
  • Yes, thank you I am going to look at the heart monitors and buy one soon. Also am seeing an ortho spine specialist for my back. We're waiting on MRI results so he can decide if I'm able to go to physical therapy, he says as long as there ins't a "big" problem found that, that will be the next step, and honestly it's what I…
  • 35 :)
  • I'm supposed to be at 1200 cals a day, though i did mess up today! But tomorrow I start anew...add me if you like, i'm 35 5'5 and trying to lose around 40 or so more pounds...been here on mfp for around a couple of months, sort of slacked off a bit but am back now, gonna try to remember to log in my food and exercise daily…
  • Thing is, I'm not doing anything close to zumba I seriously stay near the 3.5 on the treadmill which is basically walking at a brisk pace, sometimes will do level 4 which is still walking, i've done 4.5 which is about the fastest i can walk, as i mentioned i can't actually "jog" because its too much stress on my back...on…
  • Resting heart rate is around 78 or so, give or take a few, that's normally, when I'm anxious it goes up to the higher 80's...
  • I am and always have been more attracted to the content of a person rather than the shell they hide inside or behind...but I also know most people don't think that way and find it sad that others would just write someone off based on their looks or size...
  • Ok great! Thanks for the input, I just wasn't sure
  • I'm 5'5" and my goal is 130...I'm most comfortable anywhere in the 125-135 range so I picked in the middle to give myself some "wiggle room." As a side note, I'm also top heavy, I'm seriously considering asking my doc for a referral for a reduction to see if it will help my back.
  • I'm entirely too sensitive and tend to over think everything~!!!
  • Thank you. And I should have said this IS the 1st time in a long time...I started being active again back in November and am slowly but surely making progress :)
