I end up wearing "mom jeans" to reduce my muffin top. It's embarrassing since I am only 20...and not a mom, but it works for the time being.

I eat sweets everyday....I mean I try to budget them into my calorie limit....god darnit caramel.

Awh yeah I'm 5'2 and 163 pounds. I used to be 220, but now I want to be like....120-110...that area.

I've lost a few inches around my middle section from cardio, but now I think I'll add more strength training to my work outs :)

I weigh myself everyday and if I drop some weight I'll wait a day before making it official on MFP, but by the end of the day I can be 2-3 pounds heavier. I try to avoid bread and similar items like the plague.

Maybe it is more so what you are eating then how much or it could be water weight or muscle!?
