Daily Goal & BMR

Okay so I was just wondering -
My BMR is 1,585kcal, my daily goal is 1,410kcal.

Is my daily goal enough? should I up my kcal intake?
Cause so far since i've been eating more (the 1410kcal) i've put on a pound.
Confuuuuuused. Would be greatful for some advice.

  • Maybe it is more so what you are eating then how much or it could be water weight or muscle!?

    It's definitely not muscle, can hardly exercise cause of having baby 4 weeks ago damnit. lol.

    I've always heard not to eat below your BMR, when i was eating below mine i was so moody and snappy so for me personally i eat just above my BMR.
