I do both....juice AND eat my veggies....or sometimes have a green smoothie with freshly juiced carrot and lime....I also add ground flax to my juice....I find it gives me lots of energy personally....but I would never juice exclusively....

Plus when I hurt my back and couldn't do "normal" things....I logged anything extra because I changed my activity level down to sedentary or lightly active where I was mostly sitting and nursing a bad back...so I have cleaning and cooking logged because it was abnormal for me that week....

When I make bread I count it, but only a small portion...kneading bread is hard work and if I'm making 3 or 4 batches of bread, I log 20-30 minutes...by the end of it, my arms are killing me and I've broken a sweat lol

I bought a pair of skinny jeans before Christmas....I was amazed at how they looked on me.....they are too big now :) Going down in clothing sizes I think is the BEST part...the numbers on the scale are great but only tell a fraction of the story....what we see, and how we FEEL are the most important things!
