I like the sound of that!! I'm doing a weigh in every week and measuring every two-three weeks. I'm not super fazed by the scale, which is why I'll be doing that more often. Monday it is! For those who haven't started, make sure to take *beginning* measurements...you'll be glad later!

I am always so worried about that as well! I haven't gotten any complaints yet, and I've done various work-outs. I liked Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred because it's a faster workout, so there's less time to be angering your neighbors. Pilates or some other strength training might be less noise also. Good luck!
