One leg bulgarian split squats with weight in both hands........can you say donkey booty? Romanian one leg deadlifts for the hammies.......you won't walk for 2 days. (use weights in both hands)

I'm loving the One....got it for Christmas. The flex looks cheap to me and there isn't immediate gratification with the exception of the lights. With the One I can press the button for steps, miles, flights of stairs, etc...

I agree with everyone. You're doing a fantastic job, but please listen to your body! Do an upper body workout? bi's, tri's, chest, shoulders, back? Just lay off the cardio for a few days until your knee feels 100%. I know how you feel about missing a day, but if you're out of commission you will be sorry.

My best advice to you is goole exercises for mass (ard the specific body part) Figure out what the exercise is called.....Then utube it so you can see it in action. May I suggest one legged Romanian dead lifts? Your hamstrings will scream for days. (4 sets holding 25lbs, 10 reps each leg) Thank me when you're not sore in 7…
