Plain greek yogurt and maybe whatever fruit is in season..sometimes crushed pineapple. (blueberries, strawberry chunks, blackberry) ---I use strawberry flavored powder

i use a flat out wrap (90 cals) cup of egg whites (120) wedge of laughing cow (35) Egg and cheese with a ton of protein:) Not as fancy as your sandwich, but easy and delish!

I spent like $50 and I have Versa Grips. Amazon has them cheapest (no tax or shipping fees) I really feel like they helped me.....for what it's worth! I use them when I do back and legs. 109 seems a very low heart rate. I am pretty fit (cardio 5 days a week and heavy lifting 5 days as well) MY heart rate when I'm running is in the 160's-170's. 109 for BPM seems like you're not working very hard at all.

I'm 5''7' and 140....I use 10 pound weights for everything, but the front shoulder raises....And I burn about 210 calories. Hope that helps!
