  • And for what I've seen for my BMR it's not 2500?! It's around 1600. So 500 less would be 1100 net after working out? I actually used the formula and figured it out Women: BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) - ( 4.7 x age in years )

  • I eat lean meats pretty much everyday. The protein shake in the morning is more because I'm running out the door Maybe I could add real peanut butter to the shake in the morning and try adding more nuts to my diet
