Do you tend to weigh more around your menstrual cycle? I wasn't sure when mine was going to come but it showed this morning! I usually get a tad bit bloated right before I get it so I am wondering if when I weighed myself yesterday I could of been a bit more then I really am since it was the day before my period showed.

I only put water I try to get 8 glasses but I usually get between 5-7 glasses of water, the glasses are fairly tall and I usually put some lemon in mine also!

Thank you! Yes I am eating the extra calories I get from exercising. I let myself have a little treat for the extra work. I ate a muffin today and it was 400 calories!! This was right around dinner time so it put me at almost the 1200 recommended calories per day. lol I am not only doing ab workouts. That's my biggest problem. I do some aerobics, jump rope, running up and down stairs, and walking.
