I took an anxiety medication for about two months back in Sept when I got terrible anxiety and I did eat more. I stopped taking it after about two months and still kept eating but I noticed it was more of sweets and salty foods that I wanted. .

Getting fruits and veggies isn't a problem every week. lol I live right down the street from the grocery store. I get frozen veggies alot too for a side dish. I have a toddler that eats like crazy!! I burned about 666 calories today and I was suppose to consume around 1800 it calculated for me. I ate about 1350 and I am STUFFED!! I eat all bran cereal, I am not really a cereal person, but I know that one has alot of fiber in it. I also have raisin bran too sometimes.
