Rough patch

So I have had a very rough couple of days, I have not been watching what I eat really, well I have been eating pretty good just I know it hasn't been enough and I have had a handful of chips a couple of times within the last 5 days. I just had to give my dog up to my vet in order to try and get her better, the vet costs are getting incredibly high and I am starting to stress way to much out so this was my only option at the moment. I have been stressed like crazy and now I am trying to get into the catch of things, I haven't worked out at all I did go for a two hour walk on Saturday and thats the most I've done. I checked myself today and I've lost another pound to two pounds and a inch off my hips. I am starting to come up the end of my weight loss journey and want to start focusing on toning more. I used to be 118 lbs about before I got pregnant and I don't want to be that small again, I do have some chub on my belly still but I don't necessarily want to be SUPER THIN and I don't really care if I don't have a total 6 pack. Once I hit the weight I am comfortable what do I do to maintain that and how much should I be exercising and watching what I eat?

Great for you! Congrats on almost being done!
You can reset MFP to maintain your weight. For example, if you took an aerobics class 3x/wk you'd set your activity level to that, if you worked out more you'd set it higher. Instead of having an automatic deficit in what you eat you want to eat exactly what you burn every day, to maintain your weight.0 -
Thank you very much.. To the other poster I joined beginning of March, I was looking to lose 7 lbs only, I've lost about 5-6 lbs so far and around 7 inches total! I am going on vacation in 12 days so I am trying to get comfortable in a bikini. :blushing:0
