lack of motivation

I was doing so well exercising at least 5 times a week if not every day. Well last Friday I went to the gym had a great workout, saturday and sunday I had family from out of town over. Mon and Tues. were VERY stressful and I didnt feel like doing anything. On thurs. I went for a 30 min bike ride and ran around outside with my daughter for another 30 mins. I just dont FEEL LIKE DOING ANYTHING! My motivation is GONE and I leave for my vacation in 9 days.

    Your ticker should be your motivator! You're almost there! The end of the tunnel! The light is so bright!

    Or, if that doesn't work, just do it anyway, just get your workout clothes on and hit the gym. You don't need to be motivated you just need to do it anyway. :smile:

    Do your best to push through it...most of us have been there at some point. Remind yourself that you've NEVER left a workout feeling worse than when you came in. If anything you probably feel better. Hang in! Mind over matter!
