Outstanding progress! I just liked your page on Facebook and can't wait to see more progress and recipes soon :drinker:

I've always been the epitome of a Virgo... for better and worse

I'm still steadily working my way to training for a half marathon. Great job! :drinker:

Mine says 180, but I lied by about 20 pounds when I got it... now, I'm a few pounds under! (I literally just realized this after seeing this forum topic lol) :drinker:

YOU STOLE MY ANSWER. Damn itttt. lol
-
Keeping this for future reference! I'm also trying some new recipes out soon, so I'll post eventually lol

I just love me some ridiculous sarcasm.

I'm about 5'6.5" (the half counts lol) I'm apple shaped, medium-boned and look more athletic than anything else. My goal is about 150ish for now, but it may change. I'm focusing more on overall fitness, definition, and a lower body fat percentage for now! Good luck ladies! :drinker:

http://www.musclemagfitness.com/bodybuilding/exercises/lunges.html This site may help a bit above. Like others have said, focus on your front leg and make sure that your knee is not going over your toes. You can always find other variations that may work as well. As long as you're trying to drive your back knee downwards…

It's SO much fun. I'm actually signed up for my second one coming up in May. Just have fun with it. Aim to get color on your white clothes, not to beat a record. Have a blast at the end with your packet of paint powder too!

Pink Lady apples are my absolute favorite!

I try to stick to 40C/30P/30F and focus on staying within or around my TDEE. I focus on fiber intake more than I ever did before. In short, I try to focus on all of the above, but don't kick myself too hard for slipping every once in a while.

Exactly what I was thinking lol I agree with the two comments above though. Thanks for answering! :)

^^ Ditto to what was said above. Plus, only cardio exercises without some form of resistance training or weight training could cause you to lose lean body mass (LBM) which would be the muscle that you intend to keep.

bump! Always looking for more chicken recipes to add to my collection.

    ... now, can I get an order of death nuggets to go please????

Try to pre-plan and pack your meals for the day (if possible). Move more at work if you can and you'll get to where you need to be. The temptations will always be there, but you have to have the willpower to keep yourself motivated. You can add me if you need motivation... or just someone to yap at you when you're giving…

Start eating calorie dense foods if you like them such as nuts, avocados, etc. If you want, you can look at my diary and/or add me as a friend for ideas! Good luck with your goals! :flowerforyou:

Because unlike many pre-packaged foods, raw meats, veggies, fruit, and other healthier options don't come with perfectly rounded calorie values. It helps, trust me! ETA: Plus, the chicken breast some may think is 4 oz could really be 8 oz and they would never know. It's all about portions.

I do it! I'd rather be honest with myself and my pals. Plus, if I look back weeks from now and wonder why I wasn't losing or something, I could see what the hell I was doing lol

Absolutely amazing progress!!! :drinker:

Blend it with some nutella and freeze them into Nutella Banana pops. Make them into "cookies" by mashing them with oats, walnuts, chocolate chips, and cinnamon. Freeze them (out of the peel) and put them into your protein shakes or smoothies.

Amazing progress!

We have the same HRM! It's my savior lately lol

Space Jam... hands down!

Just passed my year mark last month... I'll probably be here a bit longer!
