Over estimate or under estimate???
What's your general rule of thumb when you can't find the food you're looking for on MFP and need to know calories, carbs, etc.? Do you over estimate the numbers so that you know you definitely won't go over your goal amounts or under estimate if you know it's impossible to be completely accurate?
