AVATAR! I'll go next... some ex-criminal taxi driver in the year 3000 gets stuck having to save the planet from an asteroid strike while on a destination vacation with the help of a priest, an attractive alien woman who he teaches English to, and a radio announcer.

^ Exactly this. And know that you won't see a definite change in weight loss for about a week. Water retention will happen since you're boosting your calorie intake... just saying that so you don't get discouraged if you see a weight gain after 2 weeks! Good luck!

I have some salmon in my freezer right now... bump!

I'm here if you wanna add me :)

Some people I know usually range between 30-45 mins all the way up to a couple hours. If you think you've done a quality workout in whatever amount of time that you have, the quantity of minutes doesn't matter as much. Kudos for going hard for that long!

Using the stir-fry, slow cooker/crockpot techniques are usually the easiest when starting out! I usually go on Pinterest to get some new recipes (and go for the ones with step by step instructions). I LOVE cooking so I have a plethora of recipes if you need some. Most of the recipes you find on Pinterest are pretty simple,…

Depending on how much of a deficit you're already set to (example: 500 cals per day so that you can be on track at 3,500 cals/ 1 pound lost in a week), then going over your calorie intake by even a couple hundred calories won't have that big of an impact if it's every once in a while. If you're hungry, EAT. There's always…

^^ My thoughts exactly. 5 second rule.

No sleepovers!? Can we at least have pizza rolls and endless cupcakes then?!

I'll be participating in the Maryland one the week before... but I wish you the best of luck! I did it last year and it's AMAZING! Have an awesome time :drinker:

Hopefully soon! I think our brains are so used to seeing what we don't like that we don't embrace the changes as quickly as we'd like to. Know that you've changed in a great way and that your hard work has paid off! :flowerforyou:

Almonds, Greek yogurt, carrots with hummus, apples with peanut butter, homemade protein bars (I have a recipe, if you need it!)

Just upped my calories again to match my TDEE. Put the scale away for a while because of water weight and such. If you need motivation, just add me! Good luck :drinker:

I was about to say something extremely similar to this. Continue your education if that is where your heart is! Some of my family members have been asking me why I'm going for another degree instead of settling down and really, I just want to get out of my comfort zone for once. Do what makes you happy! Everything else…

You are wonderful for this.

My thoughts exactly... and by "benefits", I think you meant to put this face right here

The oil is natural... that's why they have peanut oil sold and used. Either purchase no stir peanut butters OR you can just store them on their side until you're ready to eat it... it's easier to stir that way!

Couldn't have said this better. Hence the addition of flaxseed, chia seeds, nuts, avocados and all types of other healthy fats in my diet now!

Online relationships get a bad rap just because of what the media portrays and the anomaly stories that you may see in the news reports. If you've been dating the man for 6 months at this point and you two are ready to move in together, don't let anyone talk you out of something that feels right. This is the age of…
