I strength train every week... even if I can't make it to the gym, I'm doing some sort of bodyweight exercises at home. 1) It makes me look better naked 2) I am a badass and should be able to lift like one-- trying to increase my overall strength 3) It increases metabolism and all of the other awesome stuff that studies…

If you eat while standing, the calories literally pass through you and into the floor. True story. :bigsmile:

Eat a healthy dinner even if you go over your allotted calories, schedule a workout of some sort (even if it's just walking, sit ups, push ups, jogging in place, SOMETHING), and just learn from your mistakes. No one is perfect. Just remember that and move forward. Good luck to you! :flowerforyou:

Seems like a portion issue, mainly. Like other posters have said, just up the amount of meat, yogurt, eggs, etc. that you're eating per meal. Fish is always a great addition, too, since it's low in cals and high in protein (swai, tilapia, tuna, etc.) Good luck!

More dads need to do this! My dad and I never really "officially" had daughter/dad dates when I was younger, but now we're making up for lost time by having them now that I'm older. We know we love each other just the same and always will, but that quality time is awesome and definitely brought us closer together now…
