It's most likely not muscle if you're not eating enough... you said you work out 4 times a week? Does that include strength training or just cardio exercises?

Guys do that usually because they're shocked to see a woman on what they believe to be the "guy's side" of the gym. Keep doing your thing and know that weight lifting is for EVERYONE, not just the fellas. Great job! :drinker:

Drink water, switch to another set of weights that works the inverse muscle that I just worked (ex. biceps then triceps), or I've started doing jumping jacks between some sets. Hope that gives you something!
