I live in Manhattan the land of models and it really depends. A very good friend of mine is a model and she works out 4 times a week doing a lot of yoga and 30/60/90 classes. The Soho location of my gym is known as the "model gym" and those girls don't go anywhere near weights. You'll find them in yoga, pilates, on the…

I don't understand it. I don't envy or hate anyone. I'm just focused on myself and those who are important to me. When things go well for people I'm genuinely happy for them or when I see a gorgeous girl I don't hate her, I just think wow she's beautiful. I don't surround myself with a lot of females for a reason though. I…

Cashews. I can down an entire big bag of unsalted cashews in a day. The calorie count is INSANE!!!

I personally don't prioritize one over the other. I run 5 days a week (2 days easy, 2 days hard, one long run) and lift/HIIT 5 days a week. The days that overlap I just lift in the morning and run at night. I do a full rest day on Fridays and do my long training runs on Saturday mornings with no lifting that day. Just be…

I can't even stomach the smell of McDonald's or Burger King. Haven't had it in years and never will again. Thankfully, where I live places like McDonald's are limited to heavy tourists areas or around NYU. I love burgers and fries, but if I want to eat that I'll get it from a place with much higher quality food. No need…

I'm back to size 25 jeans!!!!

Don't like them for me or on a man at all. I'm preppy to the core so just no on me. I like classy, sophisticated, perfectly tailored Brioni/Canali/Zegna suit wearing to work and preppy on the weekend type men. Tattoos fit nowhere in that equation. To each their own though.

Oh come on. We're not that bad. I'd let the bag slide to at least Date 3:wink:

For a publication like Playboy. Nope, never because my career is far too important to me. That would kill it. I'd heavily consider something like a tastefully done fashion spread that is done nude, but the focus isn't that I'm nude. Such as something one would see in a Vogue spread. Then again who am I kidding, I'd never…

I personally wouldn't eat it. I will never put something in my body I don't want just to appease someone else. If you want it enjoy, if you don't bring your own lunch.

Eat whenever you want. It doesn't matter as long as your within you calories and macros. It's a myth. I say this being someone who always eats something within an hour of going to bed.

Nutter butter, banana, oat cookies? Got the recipe from my coach. 6 larger ripe bananas 4 cups oats 12 tbsp nut butter (12 servings) Mash and bake at 375 for 10 mins. You might need to play around with the recipe depending on how wet or dry your dough is.

Hi! I'm 27 and very passionate about a fit lifestyle. I log daily and exercise 6 days a week. Feel free to add me.

I try to net my goal but sometimes it's just not happening. Long training run days where I burn 1500 calories then need to eat those back plus my goal of 1950 are a struggle. Worked out twice yesterday and even after hitting the jar of peanut butter and eating 2300, I still net under by almost 700. I hit all my macros so…

I suggest taking one day out of the week to do meal prep. Then portion out everything you're going to have that week so each day your meals are already done. Buy a cooler and pack everything you'll need for the day and go.

I eat around 200g of carbs a day. My body needs every last one of those carbs. Running 50 miles a week (at around 7.5 min pace) and doing 5 days of strength and HIIT I would DIE on low carb! I eat whole grains like Ezekiel bread, brown rice, and quinoa along with lots of fruits and veggies. If you're crashing try eating…

I actually do both and don't prioritize one over the other. I keep myself at a level where I can run a half marathon and I'm currently ramping up the mileage training for an October marathon. I'm running 5 days a week, 2 for speed, two easy, and one long run. I lift 5 days a week mixed with HIIT and do an hour long Nike…

The scale can be a evil little thing. You've already said that you've seen the changes physically and in your clothes. That is a greater indicator than some silly scale. Fat loss > weight loss

I had to find the source of my knee issue. Turns out it was my flat feet, zero dorsiflexion, weak hips, and quads. PT rehabbed my knee back from the injury it all caused. I just listen to my body, use ice, and use KT tape when needed. I lift heavy four/five times a week. I do HIIT along with my strength training. I always…

When it's really hot/humid outside and I'm on a long run my run club, you better believe my tank is coming off just as fast as the boys are ripping their shirts off lol.

I usually indulge on Saturdays (today Yay!) because I do my long training runs where I'll burn 1000+ calories. Gives a lot of room to enjoy. That, I'm not one to go crazy on junk anyway. I'll relax and enjoy brunch or go out to one of my favorite West Village restaurants where I'll end up ordering something like salmon…

Krissy Cagney's shred program, watching my macros, eating the right amount for my training load, giving up alcohol, and getting back in marathon training. 6 weeks in and INSANE changes.

27 here! I feel so old on this thread!. Bachelor's in Economics and I work in finance. Adding you and always willing to give advice. Edit: Just realized we're already friends lol.

No one cares, but you decided to comment? Okay. Am I confident in myself? Absolutely. Cocky? That is in the eye of the beholder I guess. Was I condescending? Absolutely and that was the intent of my reply. Great that you don't use your career as a barometer of your intelligence (and that you now work for the good guys),…

Interesting question. Growing up we had the standard junk food in the house, but we weren't aloud to have it all the time. Dinner was always some kind of meat, rice, and veggies. I've always loved them. My parents also kept fruit stocked in the house. Things like McDonald's breakfast were a rare treat as my father loved to…

You look amazing!! Congratulations on all your hard work. I've definitely learned that the scale is an evil liar and to not worry too much about the number.

Totally worth it! Chocolate peanut butter is my favorite!
