I was diagnosed 10 years ago. I had just lost 40 pounds and couldn't figure out why I was struggling at maintenance and putting the weight back on when they finally diagnosed me. I need to figure out how to lose the weight again.

I don't think it is ever too late to work on getting fit and healthy. I also deal with thyroid issues so I have worked to change my mind set to focus on being fit and healthy and not so much about the scale or I would be discouraged. My weight comes off super super slow. You can do this!!

Losing weight is certainly not easy with thyroid issues, but you can do it.
