I ask restaurant if they have nutrition info., if they don't I check online...some post nutritional info. If all that fails I type in everything I ate it may be off a bit but overall I think it is okay.

Don't be discouraged by asking questions here...but 'Google' as well. I would suggest some fruit - perhaps a salad with low fat dressing with some cheese cubes in it. Did you make the pizza rolls or were they bought? Processed foods aren't all that healthy as a rule.

Go to your local 'pound' or animal rescue and take a dog for a walk...You can tell the dog anything and they won't tell you to 'get over it' after that you will feel better!! Good luck & I hope you feel better already.

I weigh daily...but don't stress about it. I post my weight once I've stayed at it for 2-3 times. I am close to my goal and concerned with toning now...scale isn't everything!!

I've returned from 2+ months travelling in a motorhome. I'm HAPPY to say I did not gain at all. I walked LOTS!! Also, I stayed for 10 ten days in a RV park attached to a hotel with a gym which I went to and used the treadmill. I tried to eat sensibly but did enjoy "junk" food & drinks. I discovered that I can eat & drink…

I'm back to what I weighed 22 years ago thanks to MFP & my Fitbit. I love these sites. I have gained/lost/gained every year trying different weight loss methods in the past. This is by far the easiest for me. Question - Do you get rid of the clothes too big for you or just put them in the closet in case you grow back into…

I'm a rectangle. I asked my husband what body type he thinks I have - he said "sturdy". Nice, eh?

I think you solved your problem by having a healthy snack when you are hungry (5:00). I always use a small (lunch size) plate instead of a dinner plate to eat off of - this helps with portion control.

Christmas... I quit exercising & ate anything & everything! I would eat dips & chips, cookies, tarts & chocolates ... drink "Christmas Cheer" & just over indulge in all.

Kids are innocent & not usually mean. (If they do say something inappropriate - explain how it could upset or offend that person & also if they see, hear something different to wait until you are in the car or by yourself to ask about it) It is the adults that we should be speaking of. I was in a line up and the woman…

I started January with hope to lose by June as well. My weight is slowing coming off...never fast enough. I would suggest stressing less and doing a few different things. Exercise - walk, weights, stretches...mix it up but try to do something everyday. Aim to eat 1200 calories plus more if you exercise more...some days I…

Try to get in more walks, take stairs & if there is a pool - get in a few laps. Check calorie count prior to going to restaurant - choose wisely. Take some nuts, prepacked in small amounts. That said - I'm planning a trip across Northern USA and returning across southern Canada this summer in an RV. Plan to be gone up to 3…

I like to drink wine as well...now I afford myself one glass with supper. I brush my teeth before making dinner & I pour myself a large glass of water. This works for me. I found the more I drink ~ the more I eat. When I start to look through cupboards for something to eat I usually grab another water and go to computer to…

I have one and love it. I not only have coffee, but I use it for just hot water when recipe calls for a cup or two.

I log after I've eaten. I am not organized enough to 'plan' my whole day of meals. After I track I see how much room I have left and if I want to eat more...I exercise first...then enjoy.

I tried WW and found I was obsessed with points. Infact, as long as I stayed within my points I thought I was doing great. Sometimes it meant foregoing a good meal to eat crackers cheese & drink wine.
