Thanks for the kind words girls but i would like to slim down my legs because now I can't wear short skirts, short jeans and also short dresses, because all the dresses above my knees makes me look more fat than I am. :embarassed:

oh you should try with some fitness dvds so you can do them while your kids are sleeping! But im not a mom yet so i dont know how you could do, but there're many mums here that can help you! ;-)

My first tip is: appreciate (and eat) every homegrown vegetable and fruit that comes from your garden and/or field (if you have it/them). My second tip is: learn to cook healthy but tasty meals and snacks! So you know those are good for you! You prepared them!!! :D

I don't know what dvds you have but for example i did 30 day shred not in 30 days... but in like 4 months, cause I was so physically weak (I used to be a coachpotato) that follow those exercise was so hard at first. I've got only Turbo Fire all I can say is that there's the beginner girl in the video, so you can follow her if you cant jump or just beacuse you are a newbe of it! I suggested it to my cusin, she was a couchpotato, now she loves TF! Of course it took some days to learn the steps and moves. But i love it, Chalene in great!
