Turbo Jam vs Turbo Fire

I really want a new video and I need to order it soon. I'm in the middle of the 30 day shred right now and I find it tough but a great workout.
If you had to pick between Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire which would you pick?
For background, I've been walking/jogging for a few weeks and doing 30 day shred for 8 days and I need to lose about 100 lbs.

Turbofire is intense. VERY fast paced! I lot of people love it, I'm still trying to decide!:laugh:0

Both great options!
I LOVE TurboFire but it's pretty high impact. I don't have as much left to lose and I still find it pretty difficult at times. It's also intense with the high intensity interval training (HIIT) - which is an excellent calorie burn, but shows no mercy.
You could certainly modify it but I would recommend starting with TurboJam - it's a great introduction to the moves in TurboFire, less impact, lots of fun and a great workout.0 -
I have a Turbo Jam one and it reminds me a lot of TaeBo......alot of bouncing around but its fun!0

Turbo Fire is fun but it's a lot harder than Turbo Jam!
I would say do Turbo Jam first and when you feel like you've mastered it, move on to Turbo Fire.0 -
I love turbo jam and that is a great way to start if you want to do turbo fire. I love turbo jam and it helped when I started billys bootcamp.0

Sounds like the consensus is to start with turbo jam.... I really appreciate all your input!0

I've got only Turbo Fire all I can say is that there's the beginner girl in the video, so you can follow her if you cant jump or just beacuse you are a newbe of it! I suggested it to my cusin, she was a couchpotato, now she loves TF! Of course it took some days to learn the steps and moves. But i love it, Chalene in great!0

I like both. Turbo Fire is definitely much more of a workout, but I actually burn the same amount of calories doing both. I'm sure with Turbo Fire you get more of an after burn though.0
