That's what I was trying to figure out. It has a warm up, and 30 minutes of body weight training (squats, modified push ups, ab work, leg lifts, etc.) Hmmm.... cardio strength training?

Fyi- I made these yesterday morning with 2 whole eggs and the full tsp of cinnamon. They were delicious even my 3 yr old like them with some cinnamon and sugar on them!

I currently don't see my OB until September 5th. Based on my LMP i will be 7W1D. Hi! According to my calculations, I am due April 23rd. I will find out for sure when I meet with my doctor on September 5th. We have a son who turned 3 a few weeks ago. I gained 40 pounds with my first and lost all of that plus another 15 over the last 2 years and I hope to only gain 25-30 pounds this time around. ~Leah

I am tired as well! I also chase my 3 yr old around all day. I would love to just have cereal for dinner as right now triscuits seem to be only thing that even sound good, but I am at a loss for what to make for my son and husband.

I know I have read on here that when starting weight lifting your muscles can retain water, so you actually gain some weight. I hope that helps! There is a group called "30 Day Shred Motivation/Support" and lots of other information on here about the 30 DS you just need to search for it! I just finished day 2 level 3 myself and have lost a total of 10.25 inches! It's hard, but SO worth it!

I will be starting level 3 on Saturday. Excited to be done with level 2. I should start tomorrow, but I made the mistake of trying to do it this am on an empty stomach and couldn't finish the 3rd circuit. I felt like passing out and throwing up for the first time since doing it. I guess I won't be doing that again.

The only thing with quinoa and couscous is that if you had and teeth pulled with empty pockets, they are small enough to get stuck in them. I drink my coffee with 1/4 cup 2% milk and 2 tsp. of sugar. This morning I did pour 1 cup of milk and poured half of it in my coffee, the rest in my oatmeal. I don't drink milk usually so this is how I help get my dairy in for the day.
