I've taken it, I don't think it does anything. Most multivitamins have b vitamins in them anyway.

Costco has a decent one for $16, don't remember the brand.

Luckily I haven't had a problem, but I hear it's a risk. It's more likely for it to perforate or to get an infection within the first three months, and then I think it goes down. But yeah, it's more dangerous if you haven't given birth (I haven't, and my friend who also has one hasn't either)

I assume you have the copper one (I do too). The first few months were really bad, but I found it got better after that. I just take 3-4 advil every 6 hours a few days before and during my period and it's fine. I can't take birth control pills because the hormones interact with my medication, so the IUD was the best…
-
If you're looking for longer term/cheaper alternative you could try an IUD. The new ones are pretty safe and have either no or very little hormones depending on which one you get.

I'm 5'9" and I just bought black 4-5 in knee high stiletto boots. Two of my exes were shorter than me and had a problem with heels, hence why they are exes, lol.

Under 20 is deficient, under 30 is insufficient. 30-100 is normal (mine is low too).

^^^This sums it up perfectly! Also, I know lithium can cause hypothyroidism.

I think this is a somewhat insensitive comment unless you have actually been on antipsychotics before.

I've taken Vistaril for sleep---non addictive and works well. It's similar to benadryl but stronger.

I took my ex to a yoga class once....he kept trying to make conversation with the teacher DURING CLASS! He never stops talking lol.

Most monitors overestimate calorie burn. I usually just subtract 50-100 cal per workout to be safe.

Hey, I'm 25 and have about 80 to lose as well. Feel free to add :)

Yeah, ketones can cause acidic blood (especially in diabetics) and can be fatal. Edit: To eat NO carbs, you'd have to not eat any fruits and vegetables too. Also generally bad.

hahahahaha

If you're not going to hire obese individuals, you shouldn't hire underweight individuals either. I mean, it's only fair.

I don't know, I think this sets the stage for being able to refuse to hire anyone with a health problem.
