I do fage 0% greek yogurt with the jam cups--that way you can control the amount of sugar you add. Also a banana, usually with peanut butter

Two of my exes didn't like me wearing heels, and were somewhat insecure about being shorter. My boyfriend likes when I wear heels but I feel a little weird being 6 inches taller in public lol.

Prozac is one of the SSRIs with the least weight gain (I think Paxil is the worst).

Many drug companies have patient assistance programs for low income people--depending on the company this can be up to 400% of the poverty line. I would look into it. Just google the drug and patient assistance.

Got this recipe from an MFP friend (and it's cheap) Chicken thighs (I got them on sale, I think it was $2.50 for 1.7lbs) Cola Soy sauce garlic oil Brown thighs in some oil with the garlic. When I graduated, I think tuition was around 25k, I believe it's over 30k now. Private high school on the east coast, not boarding.

I have a baking/pastry class once a week. It's 5 hours, and I'm usually running around the kitchen for about 4 hours of that time. Some of the equipment is really heavy. I might log a few hundred extra calories for that because it's out of the ordinary (100-200), but that's it.

I have one from Costco that I like, it was about $16 Edit: It does grams, ounces, and has a tare function (so you can put your plate on it). I think it holds up to 11 lbs.

The whole foods bulk nutritional yeast isn't fortified with B12 (I think most others are).

A shake weight! Just kidding, if you're willing to spend the money, I would suggest a good blender or a food processor. You can make your own healthy bean dips or hummus in a processor and smoothies in a blender. Hope this helps.
