Former hs or college athletes?
At my best (in college), i was 100lbs lighter and a competitive athlete. How do you adjust to working out again when you can't do it at the level you used to? Constantly tired
I work on my feet all day and I'm also on medication that makes me tired (no I can't change medication). Anyone else in a similar situation? How do you find energy to work out?

How much fiber is everyone getting? MFP goals seem low, I usually eat at least 25-30g

Which nutrients do you track and why?
I track fiber, protein, carbs, fat, and alternate on the fifth one. Protein carbs and fat are pretty standard I think, and I like to track fiber because fiber helps keep me full.

Healthy Omelet
One of my favorites-- Egg whites, cheddar cheese, avocado, and onion. Cook onion first in a little oil. Add egg whites and cook for a bit. Add cheddar and fold over. Cook for a bit and flip. Weights after wrist surgery
I had carpal tunnel surgery in april, and I've been afraid to do any lifting with my arms. My wrist has been ok lately and I'd like to start some light weights. Anyone have suggestions on getting back into it? What weight/what exercises, etc. Thanks!

Recipe blog with some vegan/vegetarian recipes
