Which nutrients do you track and why?

I track fiber, protein, carbs, fat, and alternate on the fifth one. Protein carbs and fat are pretty standard I think, and I like to track fiber because fiber helps keep me full.

I track calories for obvious reasons, carbs for unknown reasons, protein for fitness and fullness, sodium because if I go over 2000 I bloat up, potassium because it helps to regulate the sodium, calcium because at my age my body is shedding it and I want to avoid weak bones as I age.0
