If you have Pandora, they have several workout stations that are pretty good for lifting, cardio, etc. Have a look. Sometimes when I get bored with my stuff I listen to that to get new ideas before downloading. However, here are some specific songs:

    It's Tricky - Run DMC
    Master of Puppets - Metallica
Eye of the Tiger - Survivor
    America - Deuce
    Lose Yourself - Eminem
Black and Yellow - Wiz Kalifa
Bound for the Floor - Local H
    Low - Cracker

I have lots more, just too busy to type more right now.

I set my Radio.com station to "80's Rock" and work out to some great hair bands!! I had a rockin' body back then and it's my motivation to get it back!! LOL

    Kaiser Chiefs - Ruby
Kings Of Leon - Sex on fire
Panic! At The Disco - Lying Is The Most Fun A Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off
Papa Roach - Getting away with murder
Simple Plan - Jump, shut up
    Three Days Grace - Riot

During my lunch time workout, I listen to a recent broadcast of The Howard Stern Show that I have recorded.
It doesn't sound like it would pump you up, but sometimes a big smile on my face gets me to push a little harder.
