great post. here i measured on the handheld scale, in athletic mode, at around 25% and 153 lbs. i am 5'5. i want to be at 18-19% but my body would rather spontaneously combust. i run, lift heavy weights, do spin, etc etc edited to add: i am 31 years old

<--- let's just say my old tits never would have stood up on their own in this top. and if i don't look sexy here, you are blind or liar. i had a lift done and a small augmentation to return them to their previous natural size, before running, breastfeeding, weightlifting and life changed my body. if i can make healthy…

Funny, was just complaining about people who won't stop staring at me when I wear booty shorts and a sports bra. I'm not there trying to look cute or get attention. I am usually there to 1.) run my *kitten* off in time trials or intervals which are best preformed on a treadmill with accurate speed control or 2.) lift…

This reminds me of an old school diet called "The Rotation Diet" and I know that one worked! I am going to give it a shot when I get back next week. Thanks for sharing!

I've had large breasts since 14, 36D then 38E/F while nursing. 36D/DD while fat. As I neared 25% body fat, they vanished and drooped. I finally got the guts to do something I've wanted to do for a very long time - Had my abdominal muscles repaired, the excess skin cut off my stomach, a breast lift and small implants to…

I only booty call really skinny dudes because there is only so much weight you can put on my beds (tanning beds, lol!!) lol, jk about the tanning beds, i have a real bed too!!!
-
It depends on how my tan is lookin that day and how much time I have to do my hair with my packed schedule. if i have to make a choice, obvs i am going to tan over dealing with my hair so most days, I just wear it up!
-
I had one. I'm probably not done having kids either but I was SO done dealing with the excess skin left over from my pregnancy. If you get pregnant, your skin will stretch back out, but probably not to the extent that it did before because you will have permanent sutures in your abdominal wall keeping your insides from…

<---After breastfeeding and becoming a serious runner, I lost my natural DD breasts. I had a lollipop lift and small implants to bring them back. No one even knows I've had them done because they look exactly the same as they did before. I had complications due to my thin skin and I still do not regret it for a second. I…

Because I don't want to think twice if i ***** about gaining weight from my period, that i have been farting all day, or if i want to post a picture of my big ol boobs in a bikini. I didn't even friend my husband. HA.

I am the anomaly. My RHR (I've worn a monitor to sleep before) is 80. Currently, I run about 15 miles a week and lift HEAVY weights 90-120 mins a day six days a week. I can sustain a heart rate over 190+ while running 7.5 mph for 10+ mins and can run uphill at 6mph with a heart rate of 170 and maintain a conversation. I…

VS sucks. They do an overbust measurement to determine band size which doesn't account for us with bigger boobs or well developed pectoral muscles. They size me as a 38B or a 36C. I am a 34DD. Like missy said, go to nordstroms or dillards. watch this video for fitting tips! http://www.brastop.com/fitting/

Awesome work, congratulations. For anyone looking for a great lifting plan for beginners, google Jamie Eason's Live Fit program. It is on bodybuilding.com and really awesome, tons of variety and daily plans.

I take it every day. Creatine, Glutamine, Branched Chain Amino Acids. Trifecta of Awesome!
-
I weigh 158 today (grr) but wear a size 6/8. and that's why i lift weights, lol!

I did the TM Georgia. Unfortunately, we had temps in the 30s with 20mph winds. Tons of people got hypothermia. I completed the race but got hypothermia once I stopped running. It really depends on the nature of the course you are running and the time of year, but it is a generally a fun and challenging race. You are not…

bump to remind me to make a gluten free variation. Thanks!

could not agree with you more!!! brilliantly well put!

I look hot at the gym period. I lift heavier than everyone else there most days and that makes me fine as hell! I don't do it in make up though, but that is mostly out of laziness and apathy, not any particular commitment towards one way or the other. I only get pissed at gym bunnies (and there are male ones too!) if they…

I didn't read the posts though, I just came here to post a picture of cake for lolz

hey now, I think you are plenty hot!

So your real question is "can i starve myself thin but not lose all of my muscles because I am smart enough to understand that muscles also burn calories and this would be counterproductive to my goals?" If you do not eat enough, your body will find a way to get what it needs or die trying.
-
Those calorie levels are near anorexic. You cannot maintain a metabolism on a starvation diet. I mean you can try googling "pro-ana" if you want to attempt it. You are going to have to eat more. Unless you are only three apples high, then by all means, you are doing smurfingly well! The body is an amazing adaptive machine.…

how do you people even read all of these pages when the thread gets this long? When people ask about getting in shape, just tell them that round IS a shape.
-
Sorry, but your diet is abysmal. Try shopping around the perimeter of the food store instead of the aisles. You will never be able to achieve sustainable weight loss and life long health unless you eat better. This is as simply as it can be said: 1.) Eat mostly plants 2.) Eat lean proteins 3.) Eat healthy fats 4.) Stop…

there are ways to get ahead in life butt don't *kitten* me what they are! I'm a little behind on this topic. hahahahaha

5'5 and 154 (with muscles!) and I wear a 6, 7,8, or 9 depending on the cut!

My darling, let it all fall out and see if you change your tune. Then you'd be fit to pass judgment on the subject. Of hair anyway.
