I have just decided to up mine. If you follow the in place of a road map topic, 20% below my TDEE was 1570 but MFP had me on 1270 so I went for the middle ish and upped mine to 1450. I have changed because I've not really lost any weight for a few weeks now! Gonna give it a try anyway!

My weigh day today too. Very disappointing! Felt like I'd had one of the best weeks ever since starting but the scale hasn't budged!!! Boo hoo xx

I always write it down! It makes me do better the next day! If you don't write it down, it's like it didn't happen.

I gained 6lb on holiday, it took me another week to get back on it so I just went with it, tried not to eat too badly and chose the most sensible way of satisfying my craving. Funnily enough I still lost 1lb at the end of that week because although I wasn't following my plan, I was still eating better than when on holiday.…

For me, this isn't a diet but a lifestyle change and weekends like this do sometimes happen so I would log in, try to be as good as you can but enjoy your weekend and get back to it on monday! That's what I would do x

I didn't lose any weight until week 4!!! Then I lost 3lb but then it slowed down to 1/2- 11/2 a week and the odd gain. It's going so slowly but I'm resigned to it taking a while and know that it's more likely to stay off that way x

I don't get out to exercise much, I walk and occasionally jog but mostly done at home. I used The Biggest Loser on the Wii for 12 weeks and lost 15lb and love that.
