For me, it's a no. The main risk is the possibility of heating your core temperature. Water less than 100 degrees is perfectly safe, however, so if you can get it that low then I would enjoy it. I've never heard of this but from everything I've read you should never go below your BMR and it seems like this would have you doing that a few times a week.
