I only go to the gym or walk in the park I really havent used the treadmill at home... I think If I make myself go to the gym so that I make sure I do my excersice !!!! Hey team I did it, I went to my cousins and we walked to the park and then through the park for a total of 4 miles.... I cant beleive it last year I couldnt walk two houses... yay then I came home ate lunch and then I went to the gym and did the elipitcal for 35 minutes and the weights.. so I treated myself to tanning..…

well at the gym the other day the girl told me that it depends on you weight.. they also told me between 120 and 150 is good but you should ask someone at the gym.. hope this helps... Good Luck Sheila

well I have been only eating 1800 calories then when I go to the gym i burn off about 1400 to 1600 calories and I dont eat them back... I have only lost a few pounds myself but I have also lost inches so sometime you lose inches before you lose pounds so maybe thats why... I wouldnt eat my excersice calories well at least…

well after getting back from my 4 mile walk I desided to go to the gym for a bit to do my weights and toning while I was there I got on the elipitcal for 35 more minutes of cardio... and then I treated to myself to tanning!!! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

I dont drink just plain water either I like to add the diet snapples power to mine or the special K protien water by Kellog's.. It really helps to add them so that I can drink all my water... other wise I would only be able to get a few glasses down..

well Guys I didnt stay at the gym all day but I did work out on the eliptical for an hour and 6 minutes!!!! woo hoo the 25 minutes on the treadmill... well thanks for all the great insperation I felt much better after talking about it.. after working out do you take a hot shower or sit in the hot tub?? I have only been doing it for a month but I try to go it the hot shower or the hot tub after I work out.. That seems to really help me... Good Luck with the pain hope it goes away for you...
