  • Sunday Track: YesπŸ‘ Calories: Under by 300πŸ™Œ Exercise: 2.5 mile walk with the hubs. πŸ’‹ I am really going to focus on food this week. I need to be cognizant of when I eat and why and make sure I am drinking water every meal and get that water where it is supposed to be.

  • Saturday: Track: yes Calories: under Exercise: Mowed the yard (1/4 acre) by push mower. Better today. It's supposed to be 80 so my plan is to run AND ride today. I'm working on being conscious of if I'm eating because I'm hungry or am I bored or stressed. It's definitely a challenge.

  • Daily Post - Wednesday Track yes Calories under Exercise 2 mile run I fell running when I stepped in a pothole. Bruised wrist. Swollen ankle, hamburger knee, ripped my favorite running tights and cracked my phone because it was in my side pocket of my tights. Hopefully tomorrow I can stay upright!
