Was hospitalized when I went for my routine appt since my BP was 87/61 and my heart rate was 132. Apparently I was dehydrated which I don't understand how as much water as zinc drink and I use the bathroom like 6x-8x a day. But they decided to try taking me off one of my Blood pressure pills we'll see what happens. .

Comments: Day 2 was a success, and side note...broke my fast with this amazing breakfast sandwich I made out of "chaffles"..was worried that it wasn't going to live up to the hype in my head, but lets just say I was not disappointed.
OH my heck!!! I've not tried them yet. Yours look amazing. And good job on day 2!0 -

Comments: My weight is not moving down this week, but I am sticking to my plan because I know the scale will eventually move. My legs have been sore the last few days (which I rarely experience) so I think I am holding water through inflammation, or even better, building muscle. This week feels so off...this month feels so off. My work schedule is changing a bit, but any changes in my daily schedule, usually throw me off and I need a few weeks to readjust.1 -

I fell running when I stepped in a pothole. Bruised wrist. Swollen ankle, hamburger knee, ripped my favorite running tights and cracked my phone because it was in my side pocket of my tights.
Hopefully tomorrow I can stay upright!

Calories: Yes, fasted.
Exercise: Yes 60 mins weight training, 1 hour walking/yard work.
Comments: Day 3 was good. Weird sometimes when I do something extreme that I have doubts about sticking to and it works but yet I can't stick to something simple like limiting my daily calories..which should in theory be easier....but for me it's not. Which is really why I say this a lot, diet is no one size fits all solution, you really have to find what works for you and stick with it.3 -

Didn't gain or lose so that's good. Hurt my foot last weekend stepping in a hole in the yard, and that messed up my training a bit. Gotta let it heal for the race. Then some rest then time to kick butt again.3 -

Exercise: Yes - Yoga 25 minutes, Step 35 minutes.
Comments: I have gotten lady with my yoga and cross training. Every time I do yoga it's like...ouch...oh yeah...right there...that's the spot. It always makes me feel good and ready for the day. Why don't I do it more often? It should be so easy to do because it's low intensity...but I just hate doing things slowly. I need to teach myself that sometimes you really do just have to slow down.

Exercise: Yes - Running 35 minutes
Comments: The scale finally moved downward! I reached a new low but let's see if I can make it stick to weigh in day. Had a half good run this morning. The first half started out great but I forgot to drink water in the morning and only had coffee. To make matters worse I forgot to put a stick of gum in my mouth before I ran, so between the two my mouth was dry and I was so dehydrated. It wasn't a terrible second half but it sure could have been better. In any case, I'm really grateful to my body for allowing me to run again. Those two years I had to take off were so depressing. I did do other workouts, but nothing can ever replace running for me.
