I was on vacation last week and really didn't have access to anything. Taper for the marathon has begun finally. Those really long runs are taking their toll on me. I can't wait to get back to more normal working out and not starving all the time.2 -

Exercise: Not really but I did 10 minutes walking dog & a 10 minute bike ride
Comments: Was super busy today. Definitely did not have time for yoga. It's ok though, I gave my body the rest it needed and already feeling a bit better. Completed a 24 hour fast. Hopefully I'll be able to sleep tonight, the last 36 hour fast I attempted left me unable to sleep so I decided to break my fast at 34 hours. I'm going to break this fast when I feel like my body is wanting to but don't plan on going over 40 hours.
NSV: My son gave me a hug today and said, ouch, something hurt me. I grabbed my necklace and said, sorry, it must have been my necklace. And he goes, No, it wasn't that. It was your bone. My collar bone somehow jabbed him.

✅Calories: This was supposed to be a 5:2 fast day but I ate around 865 calories. I’m still very happy with that.
✅Exercise: 5,035 steps
💬Comments: This is around my third day of eating right and not eating chocolate. Again I snacked on some cheese, red grapes and apple which turned out to be a tasty combination! Instead of eating chocolate or crisps after dinner, I had a coconut yoghurt and a few BabyBel cheese rounds. So I’ve definitely been making good food choices! My new Fitbit has been getting me to walk more too which is great. It was a horrible rainy day here so I wasn’t out for long but my Fitbit tells me I’ve walked just over 2 miles - that’s better than nothing 😆2 -

I don't get it... I need some advice. Is it possible to not loose weight by not eating enough calories? I have been so diligent on everything and the scale won't budge and I keep cutting and cutting calories I've only been eating around 400-500 calories a day and still nothing!! I'm getting very worried and scared like am I just gonna have to stop all calories together to get any movement? I'm just so confused 😭0
