I was just about to quit for the day. I've been trying for almost two hours to get into my food diary and I kept saying Temporarily Down. "Temporarily" my backside. Anyway. ..

    Daily Post - Monday

    Track ✔ FINALLY
    Calories ✔
    Exercise Just a little yardwork.

Got home from our cabin weekend. Had a great time. So nice that my sisters, nieces , and I can take time off work and spend some time together. Weather-wise, it was a disappointing Weekend, but we had fun, nonetheless. My one sister arranged some games and activities, and we all enjoyed spending time with one another. I kept on my plan (for the most part) and still walked, and jogged, everyday. Now, back to the grind tomorrow. UGH!!!
Glad you had a good time. So important to get away for a bit and spend quality time with loved ones

Using my laptop for now. My husband got a new router and it won't let me connect my tablets. This is such an inconvenience. Also had to get a new driver's license. That was a pain, too. The whole process is so antiquated.

Woke up with a bad migraine today. My medicine can make me very drowsy. So while my headache went away I haven’t done much of anything since I was done with work.

Ok so I made lasagna tonight for dinner. I don’t do keto but I have been trying to eat less carbs. So I made a zucchini lasagna for myself. This is not the first time I’ve made it. It always comes out so watery. Tastes great. But how can I get it less liquidy?

Keto lasagna is always more liquidy, I don't do zucchini in mine for that reason but maybe using less sauce helps and honestly letting it cool for 20 mins after it comes out can help it firm up some too.
