Got home from our cabin weekend. Had a great time. So nice that my sisters, nieces , and I can take time off work and spend some time together. Weather-wise, it was a disappointing Weekend, but we had fun, nonetheless. My one sister arranged some games and activities, and we all enjoyed spending time with one another. Ok so I made lasagna tonight for dinner. I don’t do keto but I have been trying to eat less carbs. So I made a zucchini lasagna for myself. This is not the first time I’ve made it. It always comes out so watery. Tastes great. But how can I get it less liquidy?0

Keto lasagna is always more liquidy, I don't do zucchini in mine for that reason but maybe using less sauce helps and honestly letting it cool for 20 mins after it comes out can help it firm up some too.
