@satchel2008 Lol. It is definitely a mindshift. And in the very beginning, it is important to make sure that you're getting the right amount of fat to train your body to use fat for fuel and once you are adapted, you can change that to use more of your own fat for fuel. I used to feel weird about telling people about how I eat but I've come to the conclusion that it's my life and it has to work for me and I don't have to justify my choices to anyone.
I totally agree with you. Everyone has to find the right thing that works for them.0 -

💬Comments: I was doing great and under my allowance until I went to the shop and impulsively bought this sponge cupcake thing which had cream and raspberry sauce on top. It didn’t have a barcode and it didn’t have any nutritional info. So, I’m unsure whether it would have taken me over my allowance. Anyway, it was a nice treat and I enjoyed it! I’ll just continue as normal tomorrow, no harm done 🙂0 -
