I took Alli for about three weeks. I did see moderate results. I didn't have any of the adverse effects unless I ate something obviously unhealthy and fatty. Last weeks weight was 143 This weeks weight is 144! Ugh! I really did workout and eat healthy but still went up a pound :sad: Hopefully next week will be better :ohwell:

Good for you for quitting smoking. That is a MAJOR accomplishment!!!! I agree that small steps are best. I have a tendency to think I'm going to do everything at once but like you get frustrated if I do that b/c it's just too much.

I did a new workout yesterday and I am S-O-R-E today! I don't want to get off of my routine but know that pushing too hard can result in injury. My question is, should I try and keep up my routine as planned for today, adjusting as necessary so as not to overdo it or skip today to let my body recover?
