  • I used the BMR tool and it is telling me my BMR should be 1475. I'm currently at 177 lbs 5' 7 47 years old I workout a hour a day doing combo's of Turbo Fire and Chalene Extreme with weights. I feel as if I'm really over thinking this whole process. Maybe I should go more by the measurements and not so much by the scales?

After taking my measurements for the first 30 days, I did not see but 1 lb go on the scale, but I lost 2% body fat and 2 inches in all the other areas.   • I agree with what your are saying. I have been doing CE since 2-27-12 and the scale has only went down 1 flipping pound. I'm not going over my 1200 calories and most days I'm not eating ALL my excercise calories. I can tell my clothes are loose now. Monday is my measure day.
