Turbo Fire Calories Burned
I'm in my second week of Turbo Fire and I have bought a Polar FT4 to use with the workouts. I would like to know how many calories burned are you seeing from these workouts? I did TF EZ 45 and it said I burned 348 calories. Do any of you think that is a good number of calories burned for a cardio workout?

Need help with Net Calories Consumed
MFP has me at a 1200 calorie a day to lose the weight I want to lose. When I enter the food I'm eating and subtract the exercise calories, I am not netting 1200 calories. What should I do? If I'm under 1200 calories as my net calories consumed, will this hinder my weight lost?

Daily Calorie Deficit?
When I set my goals on MFP, it states my daily calorie deficit should be 640. My daily goal for calories is 1200. I'm don't mean to sound stupid, but are the 640 calorie deficit the amount of calories I should be burning everyday to reach my goal weight? I'm not sure I know or understand what this is?
