Rest Days

Does everyone take their rest days? I normally do cardio on my scheduled rest days.

    More often than not something comes up during the week that ends up being my rest day.

    I know I was making horrible progress lifting 5 days a week though, even with a split. Now I do strength every other day and
    the progress has picked up.

    I always take at least one day a week for a rest day, sometimes two depending on how my body feels.

    My rest day is on Monday, but now that I'm at my goal weight, I can probably add another one in during the week.

    today is my rest day. I always take one or my body starts to feel really worn down.
