No big weigh changes, but inches

I'm hoping to lose 20-25 lbs. I exercise every morning for a hour, mostly cardio, Turbo Fire. I have not seen a big change in my weight, but my clothes are fitting loosely now. I try not to get too caught up with the weight lost. Any thoughts on my weight or lack there of? I try to stick to 1200 calories, but I do not track everyday. That maybe it.:tongue:
