Need help with weight lost goals

I'm looking for advice to see if I'm on the right track. Here goes:

I'm 47 years old
Weight 178
Height 5' 6
Body Fat % 24

Excercise Routine

Currently doing Chalene Extreme
Some days I do Chalene Extreme (weights) and a Turbo Fire DVD

Rest Days
Turbo Fire for Cardio


My goal is to lose 25 lbs

MFP says I should consume 1200 calories a day to reach my goal weight.

I average 350-450 burned calories for cardio and 150-175 calories burned for strength training

I do try to eat back my calories, but I do not everyday.

Do I need to do anything extra that you can see to meet my weight loss goals?
