All I am drinking actually is water. :) Finished three refilled 1 liter bottles of water at work yesterday, and probably walked to the bathroom once an hour. Drinking enough water has never been a problem of mine. :) Cheers. Oh...and I'm not a 'breakfast eater' in the typical sense. Thank you for your feedback.

I went thru a kick of eating almonds at work, 1 serving (28g) a day in the afternoon. I'll admit I'm sick of them. and the Yoplait IS in fact a greek yogurt. See the protein # there. :) Thank you for your feedback.

I really enjoy the Fiber One bars. Some of them have 35% daily Fiber in them....look at the boxes, and try one out. Some/most wouldn't call them "clean eating" but if it's one way to up your fiber intake...then so be it. I love them.

I've gotten a food scale for christmas, and have definitely been using that. I honestly don't think i'm estimating that much. that MAY be me. I don't get to work on toy packaging too much (that gets done more often for very cheap in the far east). The last few years I've been working mostly with a beauty/healthcare customer, and it's going great. :)

I design all of the plastic packaging that everyone loves to hate...you know, the stuff you have no idea how to open without completely destroying the plastic, thereby removing just about any hope of ever returning it. That's me. ;)

I used to hear it all the time in college. After school I plumped up a bit...and it stopped. But now that I've lost a bit of weight...it's coming back again. hehe. I've never gotten a good answer if that's a good thing or not. Thanks tho. :)
